At My E-Haat, we take pride in providing high-quality handcrafted and locally sourced products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
✔ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
✔ Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
✔ The product should not have been used, washed, altered, or tampered with.
✔ If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice.
2. Easy Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return
- Email us at return@myehaat.in or call +91 9336948686 within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your order number, issue with the product, and attach supporting images (if required).
Step 2: Return & Pickup
- Our team will schedule a pickup from your address at a mutually convenient time.
- If self-shipping, please dispatch within 48 hours of the return request.
Step 3: Quality Check & Refund
- Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:
✔ You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via email or phone.
✔ If payment was made online, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
After Shipment:
🚫 Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. However, you may initiate a return request after receiving the product.
4. Refund & Replacement Policy
A. Refund Process
✔ Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
✔ The refund will be credited within 5-7 working days after approval.
✔ In case of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credits or transferred via bank details provided by the customer.
B. Replacement Policy
✔ If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.
✔ If stock is available, you may choose a replacement of the same or lower value.
5. Terms & Conditions for Returns & Cancellations
✔ Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
✔ The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
✔ Damaged or used items will not be eligible for return.
✔ If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours with images at shopping@myehaat.in.
