Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

At My E-Haat, we strive to provide high-quality handcrafted and sustainable products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product does not match the description or images shown on our platform.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note: Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • Customers must email us at shipping@myehaat.in with order details and supporting images of the product issue.
    • Our team will review the request and provide further instructions for the return process.
  2. Return Approval & Inspection:

    • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect and verify the claim within 3-5 working days.
    • If approved, the refund process will be initiated.
  3. Refund Timeline:

    • The refund will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) within 5-7 working days after approval.
    • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use.
  • Items returned after the eligible return window (7 days).
  • Shipping charges (unless the return is due to an error from our end).

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been processed.
  2. Contact your payment provider (Bank or Credit Card Company), as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.

5. Shipping Costs & Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
