1. Eligibility for Refunds
At My E-Haat, we strive to provide high-quality handcrafted and sustainable products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product does not match the description or images shown on our platform.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Note: Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
Initiating a Return:
- Customers must email us at shipping@myehaat.in with order details and supporting images of the product issue.
- Our team will review the request and provide further instructions for the return process.
Return Approval & Inspection:
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect and verify the claim within 3-5 working days.
- If approved, the refund process will be initiated.
Refund Timeline:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) within 5-7 working days after approval.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use.
- Items returned after the eligible return window (7 days).
- Shipping charges (unless the return is due to an error from our end).
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been processed.
- Contact your payment provider (Bank or Credit Card Company), as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.

5. Shipping Costs & Returns
