Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how we deliver orders placed on www.myehaat.in.

1. Serviceable Locations

At present, we ship across most pin codes in India through our logistics partners.

If your address is not serviceable, you will be informed during checkout or contacted by our team.

Shipping charges for international orders will be displayed at checkout (or communicated before order confirmation where applicable), and all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Because we work with artisan groups and handcrafted products, timelines may vary slightly from product to product.

Ready products (in stock):

  • Usually dispatched within 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Made-to-order / Customized / Pre-order products:

  • May take 7–15 working days or as specified on the product page.

Order confirmation:

Orders are processed after successful payment authorization (for prepaid orders) or confirmation (for COD, where available).

If there is any significant delay in dispatch (for example, beyond the above timelines), we will try to update you via email/SMS/phone.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, typical delivery timelines are:

  • Metro & major cities: 3–7 working days
  • Other locations: 5–15 working days

Delivery time may vary due to your location, courier partner’s network, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural events, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges (Within India)

You can adjust these values based on your business needs; current draft policy:

Orders below ₹1,499:

  • Standard Shipping: flat ₹99 per order (subject to change).

Orders of ₹1,499 and above:

  • Free standard shipping within India.

Standard shipping charges may change at any time at our discretion and will be displayed at checkout during the order process.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) (If Enabled)

If you offer COD, the following policy applies:

  • COD may be available on select pin codes and order values (subject to courier partner availability).
  • A COD convenience fee (e.g., ₹75) may be charged per order.
  • Orders may be verified through call/SMS before dispatch.
  • Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may result in temporary or permanent restriction of COD facility.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/ID via SMS or email. You can track your shipment using this link until delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners typically make up to two delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or non-response, the shipment may be returned to origin.

In such cases, we may:

  • Deduct two-way shipping charges and refund the remaining amount (for prepaid orders), OR
  • Cancel the order without refunding the COD convenience fee (if applicable).

8. Receipt of Order – Condition of Parcel

When your parcel arrives:

  • Check the outer condition of the package during delivery.
  • If the package is tampered, opened or severely damaged:
    • Capture photos of the outer package and contents (if opened).
    • Mention remarks to the delivery personnel (where possible).
    • Contact us within 48 hours at contact@myehaat.in with your order ID and photos.

We will review the case and assist as per our Returns & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Logistics partner delays
  • Strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters, accidents
  • Festive season load or government restrictions

However, we will always try to support and keep you informed.
