These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.myehaat.in and any related mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Ekta Group, under the brand name My E-Haat (“My E-Haat”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our other policies referred to here (Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Exchange Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, etc.). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility & Account
1.1 Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are using the Site on behalf of a minor or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
1.2 Account Registration
To access certain features (including ordering), you may need to create an account by providing accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Site for any fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers/networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Site or its content without our written permission.
- Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
3. Product Information & Availability
We work closely with artisan groups and partners to display products as accurately as possible. However:
- Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
- All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.
4. Pricing, Taxes, Payments & Offers
4.1 Pricing & Taxes
- Prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4.2 Payments
- All payments made on www.myehaat.in are processed, received, and managed on our behalf by our authorized payment aggregator, WODO Digital Pvt. Ltd., through secure third-party payment gateway services.
- By placing an order, you agree that your payment transaction is directly handled by WODO Digital Pvt. Ltd. and its partnered banks and payment service providers. My E-Haat (Ekta Group) does not store or have access to your full card, UPI, or banking credentials, and all payment data is handled in compliance with applicable security and data protection standards.
- We accept payments through third-party payment gateways and providers (such as banks, card networks, UPI, wallets, etc.).
- By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- All payments are subject to authorization and risk checks by the respective payment providers.
4.3 Cash on Delivery (if offered)
- COD may be available on selected orders/pin codes, subject to additional terms and fees.
- We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw COD for any user at our discretion.
4.4 Offers & Promotions
- Discount codes, promotional offers and campaigns may have additional terms (such as validity period, minimum order value, non-returnable items, etc.) displayed at the time of use.
- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time.
5. Orders & Fulfilment
5.1 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We may accept or reject your order at our sole discretion. Order acceptance is generally confirmed when:
- You receive an order confirmation email/SMS, and
- Payment is authorised (for prepaid orders)
5.2 Cancellation by Us
We may cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Payment/transaction issues or suspected fraud
- Serviceability or logistics constraints
In such cases, we may refund the amount paid (if any) as per our Refund Policy.
5.3 Cancellation by You
- Orders may be cancelled by you before dispatch, subject to our operational constraints.
- Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; you may instead initiate a return as per our Returns & Exchange Policy (if applicable).
6. Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Your purchase and use of products are additionally governed by:

- Refund Policy
These policies form an integral part of these Terms and are deemed incorporated by reference.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, images, designs, icons, software and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ekta Group / My E-Haat.
You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.
8. User Content, Reviews & Feedback
If you submit any content (reviews, comments, suggestions, photos, etc.):
- You grant My E-Haat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish and display such content in any media.
You confirm that your content:
- Does not violate any law or third-party rights (including privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights)
- Is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Does not contain viruses or malicious code
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and remove user content at our discretion.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (payment gateways, social networks, logistics tracking, etc.). We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
Your use of such sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to harass, abuse, harm or discriminate against any person or group
- Collect or track personal data of other users without consent
- Use automated systems (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission
- Circumvent security or authentication measures
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Site and all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy or completeness of content
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Site
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
My E-Haat / Ekta Group, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the Site
- Purchase or use of any product
- Any errors or omissions in the Site’s content
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site and/or products will be limited to the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless My E-Haat / Ekta Group and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Site or products
- Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
- Infringement of any third-party rights
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh (or appropriate courts in the National Capital Region) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update, modify or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
